They consist of a rubber sealing lip (usually two lips), the metallic base (most often the metal base is covered by elastic sleeve) and a spiraled tensioning spring. Their construction materials are as follows:
\nAcrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR)
\nSilicone (MVQ)
\nfluorine rubber (Viton\u00ae) (FPM)
\nThe temperatures below which these seals can operate are from -40 \u00b0 C to + 200 \u00b0 C and rotational speeds up to 30 m \/ s. Also, rotation seals are also available in COBI and CASSETTE (applied when conditions are greatly loaded with dust, soil, etc.). Finally, the available dimensions are (in internal diameter) from 4mm to 1400mm.
